Our Club is situated in the coastal township of Woorim on the eastern side of Bribie Island, which offers a relaxed escape from the busy areas of Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, plus we specialise in tailoring your function and menus to suit your needs. The Bribie Island Golf Club is a beautiful reception venue as we have two function rooms available to cater for both small and large groups. The Clubhouse provides a wonderful setting for your special occasion.

We are delighted that you are considering the Bribie Island Golf Club as the wedding reception venue, wedding ceremony venue or both for your upcoming special event.

Our Club is situated in the coastal township of Woorim on the eastern side of Bribie Island, which offers a relaxed escape from the busy areas of Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, plus we specialise in tailoring your wedding and menus to suit your needs.

The Bribie Island Golf Club is a beautiful reception venue as we have two function rooms available to cater for both small and large groups. The Clubhouse provides a wonderful setting for your special occasion.

Our main function room has uninterrupted views of our 18th hole which is our “Signature Hole”. The room itself is surrounded by large glass windows & doors. Perfect for entertaining the function area includes a stage and a large parquetry dance floor. The room is capable of seating up to 200 people.

Our second function room is much more intimate and is ideal for small weddings, parties and conferences. The room includes it’s own bar and dance floor, and comfortably holds up to seated 60 guests.

The following services & facilities are inclusive in our room hire.

*Full catering and beverage service;

*Professionally trained and friendly staff;

*Complete room set up to your specifications;

*Polished parquetry dance floor;

*Audio system including microphone;

*Cleaning of function; and

*Outdoor patio and smoking area.

We have provided sample menus for your consideration however menus can be custom designed to cater for your individual requirements.

Our extensive catering includes and wide array of homemade pastries and desserts, and menu options such as:

Canapés;

Plated dinners;

Buffets; and

Desserts.

Beverage Services

By choosing to have your important function at the Bribie Island Golf Club you have access to the experienced professionals at the Club who can advise and assist you with all your drinks requirements.

We will sit with you and discuss the function arrangements, ensuring that the drinks available are in keeping with your style and wishes. We can advise on sparkling wines for toasts while our house wines are of good quality and we have an excellent range of popular wines. We are happy to order in special wines and beverages to meet your needs if we do not regularly stock them.

Your guests can also enjoy a range of local and imported beers, at some of the best prices on Bribie Island! Our bar stocks an extensive range of spirits, soft drinks, juices and waters and we are sure to have something to suit everyone.

Five minute walk from the surf beach and situated right on the golf course, the venue is ideal for delegates to work in a relaxed atmosphere and still be close to all facilities.
Our conference room can cater for up to 100 delegates with a variety of room settings available. Our Functions Room is bright and airy and lends itself to both large and small groups.
